Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across various online platforms.
• Manage and optimize website and social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to foster engagement, increase followers, and build brand loyalty.
• Create and curate compelling content for social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and infographics for social media posts and digital campaigns.
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, analyzing performance and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics and performance indicators, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, Social Media Manager, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting engaging content.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and experience in creating visual content for digital marketing campaigns.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of software development and IT industry trends is a plus.
