Job Description

• The Marketing Executive helps to drive company sales. The Marketing Executive’s responsibilities include scouting for prospective clients (businesses and individuals), contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc., and fulfilling all company-established policy obligations
• He/she should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills
• Ultimately, a top-notch marketing executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.

Job Responsibilities

• Scouting for prospective clients (businesses and individuals).
• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
• Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
• Preparing tailored insurance offers for prospective clients that fit their specific needs.
• Filling out application forms, maintaining client records, and creating periodical reports.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records.
• Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field.
• Fulfill all company-established policy obligations.

Job Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in Microfinance and with marketing experience especially with clusters.
• At least 1 year of work experience in the insurance or microfinance industry.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• Familiarity with all major social media platforms.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
