TeamAce Limited - Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Copywriter

Locations: Victoria Island and Ikoyi - Lagos

Reporting to: Head Strategic Communications

Responsibilities

• Writing clear and concise copy for a variety of media including print & digital
• Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs
• Collaborating with teams (internal & external) to assess needs and help with messaging (content collation and creation)
• Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style and guidelines
• Interpreting creative direction and technical information and turning them into copy concepts
• Drive brand consistency across all company communications
• See projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to deployment
• Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications
• 4 to 5 years of experience in copywriting, with some experience in business writing
• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Communicator)
• Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
• Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines
• Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills, with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and using data.

Salary
Salary: N200,000 - N350,000 monthly (Negotiable).
