Job Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy in alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, systems, and networks, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
• Lead the development and deployment of software applications, collaborating with business units to meet their specific needs and drive operational efficiency.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, providing recommendations on their potential impact and relevance to our organization.
• Manage a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with executive management and stakeholders to understand their technology needs and priorities, and effectively communicate technology initiatives and progress.
• Oversee the IT budget, vendor relationships, and contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our organization.
• Proven track record in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CITO or similar, with a focus on aligning technology with business objectives.
• Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master's Degree qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years work experience.
