We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Execution Manager (Engineering)

Job Responsibilities
What does the job involve:

• Ensure excellence in health and safety in all of our installation efforts.
• Build and lead a department optimally designed to build efficiently build large projects or large fleets of smaller systems.
• Develop project schedules, set timelines, assign cost and personnel to the schedule and provide budget forecasting
• Manage the financial aspect of projects through budgeting and tracking project expenses.
• Take overall responsibility for our pool of sub-contractor firms to ensure optimal pricing and excellence in delivery
• Collaborate with senior management, Design and Supply Chain teams on project execution.
• Conduct post project reviews to identify areas for future improvement.
• Liaise with the development engineers in the preparation of technical proposals, including assisting in design and writing the scope of work, management plans, work sequence, safety, quality control and commissioning
• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure that quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Engineering background - Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years management of large projects with DisCos, TelCo power, generation or C&I NEMSA Installation Category.
• A certification Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) registration Project Management Professional Certified Energy Manager (CEM), added advantage.
• Senior level of expertise in power generati.on, distribution and installation.
• Hybrid Optimization of Multiple Energy Resources (Homer) Expert level PVSyst - Expert

Salary
N15,000,000 - N18,000,000 annually
