Job Description

• The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that contribute to the strategic decision-making process.
• The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of our  company.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex data sets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate assumptions, using appropriate statistical methods and tools.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling to support business decision-making and drive performance improvement.
• Identify data quality issues, perform data cleansing, and work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and visualization, and apply them to improve data analysis processes and techniques.
• Communicate complex analytical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies, and adhere to regulatory requirements related to data privacy and protection.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's Degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and solutions.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
• Advance data analytics skills using Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis methods, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with data manipulation, data cleaning, and data transformation processes.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and database management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
