We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos
Work Type: Full Time

Role Overview

  • We are looking for driven passionate problem solvers and self-starters to join our team.
  • In this role, The ideal candidate should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, like email, campaigns, and pricing strategies.
  • The goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our various products.

What You’ll Do

  • Study company products.
  • Translate technical details into benefits for the user
  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products
  • Develop product marketing strategies (Advertising, product launching)
  • Managed cross-functional product alignment between engineering and the marketing team.
  • Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies
  • Test marketing product features, releases, and ad copy
  • Evaluate products using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
  • Develop a communication strategy to announce product updates to users and merchants
  • Drive the full cycle of product marketing, from informing product strategy to building GTM strategies, creating major launch moments to driving long-term adoption for our platform and the underlying technical foundation that powers all of Commonwealth’s products.

What You’ll Need (Requirements)

  • 4 years Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or similar role
  • Experience in market analysis
  • Familiarity with Product-Led-Growth (PLG) strategies and principles
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
  • Excellent Excel skill
