We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supply Chain Lead

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Operations or Supply Chain Management
• 10+ years’ experience working in supply-chain at retail distribution Startups (Sabi, Wasoko, Trade Depot) or big Multinationals (Coca-cola, Unilever, Amazon)
• Experience negotiating distribution partnerships and pricing with local and global distributors and manufacturers
• Well-networked within the auto parts distribution industry in Nigeria and Africa
• Experience with imports/exports of auto parts or other goods
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all different levels. Must have executive presence
• Experience in SAP/ ERP/ESp/APO/ECC systems.

What we are looking for:

• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in product procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• This individual will be instrumental in developing world-class strategies and systems to improve cost-efficiency, reduce delivery times, develop innovative distribution models, and build sophisticated processes to better manage our inventory.
• Ideal candidates MUST possess strong negotiating and people management skills and have an advanced understanding of delivery routes in Lagos.
• Candidates applying for this role must also have at least 10+ years of experience working in supply chain, including experience at growth stage retail distribution startups like Sabi, Wasoko, trade depot or big multinationals like Coca-cola, Unilever and Amazon.
• This role requires you to be based in Lagos with the ability to commute to other cities in Nigeria. Candidates should also be comfortable working on the field and working some weekends.
