We are looking for a fun-loving, energetic, youthful, and people-oriented client service focused Agency Account Manager to guide, mentor and inspire an incredible team of Digital Marketing and Web Development Managers. The Account Manager’s job duties include having a strong but non-aggressive leadership style, as you will ultimately control the agency’s use of time and resources, and then present the agreed deliverables to the client.
This role involves developing, organising, supervising, and coaching a team that takes pride in creating delightful customer experiences through the focused implementation of solutions and strategies in a fun and enriching work environment.
This role will also be challenged with developing programs to scale our clients operations, solve customer problems, and grow the clients’ revenues by delivering a world-class customer experience to our Digital Marketing and Web Development Accounts.
Balancing the needs of the client against the agency’s bottom line, while being
driven by a complex timeline of tasks, requires finesse as well as stress management and organisational skills.
Job Description
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Develops strategy to meet clients needs and expectations
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external
stakeholders using key account metrics
Have basic design skill set
Have copywriting skills
Requirements
Passionate about digital marketing, strategy and campaign design with deep subject expertise in Content Creation, Social Media Management & Marketing, Digital Media Buying, Email Marketing, SEO, SEM,
Minimum of two (2) years experience
Demonstrated experience in creating cutting edge marketing strategies & campaign, budgets, content calendars and digital marketing
collateral.
Must possess strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of technology / web development / digital marketing / social media channels
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress
High energy, passion, and a good sense of humour
Experience working with Agencies an advantage
Analytical and proactive approach to tasks
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
