Description 

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to lead our institution's financial operations. The Head of Finance will play a critical role in managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans in alignment with the school's goals and objectives.
• Oversee budgeting processes and ensure effective financial controls.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the institution's investments and financial assets.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the senior leadership team.
• Collaborate with auditors and regulatory authorities during financial audits.
• Stay updated with financial trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).
• 5 - 10 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is desirable.
