EazyGo is an SAAS platform for start-ups and SME success tools. One of our softwares main purpose is to build an e-commerce store (e.g food website, e-commerce store, grocery e-store, ebook e-store, Clothing and wears e-store etc).

Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our startup as a Fundraising Manager. This is a volunteer role with the opportunity to become a Co-Founder of our organization.
• As a Fundraising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing financial resources to support our mission and drive our growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Research and identify potential funding sources, including grants, corporate sponsors, individual donors, and fundraising events.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding organizations through effective communication, networking, and stewardship activities.
• Create compelling fundraising proposals, grant applications, sponsorship packages, and fundraising appeals to secure financial support.
• Organize and manage fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to engage donors and raise funds.
• Collaborate with the founding team to develop and implement fundraising campaigns that align with the organization's mission and target audience.
• Track and analyze fundraising metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders on fundraising progress.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in fundraising and apply them to enhance fundraising strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and ethical guidelines related to fundraising activities.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and communication strategies to support fundraising efforts.
• Work closely with the team to integrate fundraising efforts with other organizational activities.

Requirements

• Passionate about the mission and vision of the organization.
• Previous experience in fundraising or related roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors.
• Excellent writing skills to create compelling fundraising proposals, grant applications, and other fundraising materials.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple fundraising initiatives simultaneously.
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with fundraising tools, techniques, and platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines related to fundraising activities.
• Ability to commit the necessary time and effort to fulfill the responsibilities of a Co-Founder.
