Job Description

• We are seeking a passionate and skilled Technical Co-Founder to join our startup as a PHP and Flutter Full Stack Software Developer.
• As a Technical Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our company while contributing to the development of our innovative product.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founding team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Php and Flutter for web and mobile applications.
• Implement efficient and scalable back-end functionalities, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Continuously monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring the timely resolution of bugs and errors.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and marketing, to align technical development with business goals.
• Assist in recruiting and mentoring future technical team members as the company grows.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 7 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Developer, specifically in Php and Flutter development.
• Strong knowledge of Php, Laravel framework, Dart, and Flutter for web and mobile application development.
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Solid understanding of database management systems, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic startup environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
• Prior startup experience and knowledge of lean startup principles are a plus.
