Educational Qualification / Person Specification
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's Degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is advantageous.
Proven experience in finance, accounting, or investment management, preferably in the pension or financial services industry.
Sound knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and investment analysis.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to pensions and financial services.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
