Job Title: Van Sales Representative

Description
As a Van Sales Representative,your primary responsibility is to promote and sell our SKUsto customers within a designated territory.
You will be responsible for driving a company-provided van to visit various retail outlets, such as grocery stores, convenience stores, and gas stations, provision stores and market stalls to meet sales targets and build strong relationships with customers.
Your role will involve actively seeking new business opportunities, managing product displays, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, such as acquiring new customers and expanding product placements within existing accounts.
Conduct regular visits to retail outlets within the assigned territory to maintain relationships, negotiate sales, and maximize product visibility.
Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and buyers in retail outlets.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide product information, promotional materials, and training to customers to enhance product knowledge and increase sales.
Merchandising and Product Management:
Ensure proper product placement and stock availability on store shelves and displays.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the distribution team to replenish stock as needed.
Collaborate with retailers to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback and recommendations to the sales manager regarding product improvements, market opportunities, and customer needs.
Territory Management:
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to maximize coverage and achieve sales objectives.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the assigned territory.
Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 1 - 5 years work experience.
Prospective candidates should have experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the snack or food industry.
Proximity to the Ikotun-Igando axis is an added advantage
Valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Salary
N50,000 monthly.
