Job Title: Dealer Agent

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

• You will be responsible for following through with leads and supporting the car-purchasing process. You will have to meet with potential clients, and discuss their car needs with available options for purchase to the point of purchase.
• This is a revenue-generating position that is crucial to the success of the business and requires adequate follow up with the leads generated by the business to succeed. Hence, the ideal candidate must be exceptionally sound in verbal communication, logical reasoning, convincing, persuasiveness, coherent flow of thought and customer service skills, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of products, services and company policies.

Responsibilities
The following are some of the duties you will be working on and responsible for:

• Manage the relationship between the company and the dealers/clients
• Resolve dealers' complaints and requests.
• Upsell all services Cars45 offer to dealers.
• Responsible for revenue generation via sales.
• Responsible for Dealer Activity on the Auction platform as well as Marketplace.
• Negotiations between dealers and sellers.
• Responsible for dealer engagement to drive sales.
• Responsible for inspection report interpretation where the need arises.

Requirements
We believe that you will succeed better if you possess the following:

• First Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or Telemarketing
• Knowledge of the automobile products
• Knowledge of consumer behavior
• High level of integrity and loyalty is required
• Ability to convince others and explain information in clear terms
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office package
