We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site / Operations Manager - Operations

Locations: Owerri - Imo (Travel to Ikeja Lagos and other locations at times)

Job Description

• As an operations manager, you are in charge of running an organisation's daily functions.
• That involves planning and implementing production processes to improve quality, productivity and performance.
• Your primary role is to oversee company procedures and enforce the policies.
• Goal-setting responsibilities

• Team and individual organization
• Leadership
• Communication
• Time management
• Reliability.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Applicants must have the right mentality, skills and dicipline to succeed in an international company.
• Applicants must be modern and understand and respect the process at all stages.

You will be assessed at 5 different stages to qualify for this role:

• Online application
• Phone intro
• Phone interview
• Physical interval
• Physical tests and assessments
• Work base training and assessments.

The is a minimal requirement at each of the stages:
Applicants must have:

• Excellent communication
• Solid knowledge of Computer and software (microsoft office)
• Excellent on emails and other apps for communication.

Remuneration

• Salary: N45,000 (entry) - N130,000 Monthly.
• Accommodation and some feed is covered at times.
• Accommodation is available for a few qualifying applicants.
