Summary

• This position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and coordinating the acquisition, development, maintenance and use of ICT systems within our organization:
• We are a platform for health services delivery that closes the healthcare accessibility gaps that currently exist. Our vision is to is to make healthcare more accessible to more people using technology and networks

Responsibilities

• Lead our organization’s IT projects, systems, and third-party software integrations
• Monitor the performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
• Help define IT infrastructure strategy, and processes
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop
• solutions for IT needs
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
• Day to day management of the ICT organization of the utility,such as our website, databases, emails, as well as support and improve the manual operations in the system.
• Integrate all software and platforms according to the companys needs and growth plans
• Ensure data compliance across all company platforms
• Manage the Customer Care department to utilize and better perform their service with Technological improvement
• Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions.
• Ensure financial controls and processes for ICT are established which can be independently audited.
• Manage company website
• Comprehensive knowledge of information and communication Technology (ICT)
• Manage both business and operational ICT functions
• Integrate all ICT platforms for the company’s reporting and monitoring
• Knowledge of Software development and practices using latest technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP (Laravel and Lumen), Javascript (Vue JS, React JS, Node JS, Express JS), Database (MySQL, Redis), Server Management (cPanel, FTP, SSH) and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience working in result driven environment
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems,VAT, MCC
• Self-starter, creative thinker, problem solver
• Experience leading and organizing organization IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructure across various technologies including administration, databases and data storage systems
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Web admiration skills and experience
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
• Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
