Job Description

• We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Laundry Staff. As a Laundry Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests' linens, towels, and other items are clean, fresh, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry according to established procedures.
• Inspect items for stains, damages, or any quality issues.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and ironing machines.
• Follow proper handling and storage procedures for clean and dirty laundry.
• Maintain inventory of linens and supplies, and communicate with the supervisor for restocking needs.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the laundry area.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production and turnaround time goals.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND / SSCE qualification.
• 1 - 5 years work experience.
• Previous experience in laundry operations is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of laundry equipment operation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly
