Job Title: Sales Merchandiser / Canvasser (Snack and Confectionery)

Location: Igando, Lagos

Job Summary

• As a sales merchandiser, you are responsible for optimizing the presentation and availability of products in retail stores or other sales environments.
• Your primary objective is to increase sales and enhance the customer's shopping experience through effective product placement, visual merchandising, and inventory management.

Responsibilities
Product Placement and Display:

• Sales merchandisers arrange products in an appealing and strategic manner to attract customers and maximize sales.
• This involves organizing shelves, racks, and displays to ensure products are visually appealing, well-stocked, and easily accessible.
• They may also create eye-catching product displays, signage, and promotional materials.

Inventory Management:

• Sales merchandisers monitor and manage product inventory levels in retail stores.
• They keep track of stock levels, reorder products as needed, and collaborate with the purchasing or supply chain team to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• This involves conducting regular stock audits, identifying slow-moving or obsolete items, and making recommendations for product assortment adjustments.

Relationship Building:

• Building strong relationships with customersis important for sales merchandisers.
• They ensure that customers keep buying and consumption drive is high effective communication and interpersonal skills.

New Product Introductions and Promotions:

• Sales merchandisers play a key role in launching new products or promotions.
• They coordinate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and special displays.
• This includes ensuring adequate product stock, training store staff on new products, and monitoring the success of promotional activities.

Remuneration
N30,000 - N35,000 Monthly.
