We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Location: Mile 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting to: Head, Quality and Safety

Job Scope

• An experienced specialist who will ensure that goods produced meet up with the required standard.

Job Description

• Conduct several product tests and assessments.
• Identification of product defects and record and report discovered issues.
• General monitoring of activities in the company premises including cleaning, workplace ethics and safety.
• Preparation of all chemicals needed for all analysis.
• Physicochemical analysis of juice and water.
• Quality control supervision of the production line.
• Adhere to the company’s SOP
• Carrying out Microbial Analysis.
• Data entry of all analysis carried out.
• Ensures compliance to NAFDAC, SON and other government agencies regulations.
• Design, update SOP & prepare documents for QC/QA purpose.
• Ensure 100% compliance to all quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc with 4 years and above experience in manufacturing preferably in Food and Beverages
• Advanced knowledge of Juice processing and quality control
• Relevant professional qualification or certification is an added advantage.

Additional Information:

• Ability to carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis of all products.
• Basic knowledge of Production ethics.
• Good overall Quality control of products made by the company adhering to reliability, performance and customer expectation.
• Good IT Skills, good communication both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand and interpret analytical procedures.
