Job Title: Chef

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and diverse menus that cater to the preferences of our guests while maintaining the highest culinary standards.
• Prepare and cook various dishes following the established recipes and ensure consistent taste and presentation.
• Maintain strict quality control measures to deliver delicious and visually appealing meals that exceed our guests' expectations.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a hygienic working environment.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness
• Bring creativity and passion to the kitchen, introducing new cooking techniques and flavours to elevate our culinary offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a Chef with a solid understanding of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to create unique and delectable dishes while keeping up with food trends.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
