Job Title: Operations & Market Access Executive

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Fulfilment Manager and other stakeholders to develop and implement the operational plan for unit.
• Search for and follow up with corporate organizations where medical outreaches can be conducted.
• Identify areas for process improvement within operations, such as order processing, inventory management, and distribution.
• Analyse existing workflows, propose changes, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage relationships with pharmacies and other vendors. Ensure timely and reliable procurement, delivery, and quality of medicines and related products.
• Create market access, new  territories and business partnerships 
• Analyze customer buying data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
• Maintain relationships and partnerships with organizations. 
• Actively recruit new and potential clients that can be served.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Salary Range
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
