We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Property Officer / Legal Assistant

Location: Benin-City, Edo

Job Roles
The Property Officer/Legal Assistant will be responsible for:

• Manage all property-related maintenance and tenancies.
• Interview all prospective tenants and their guarantors.
• Draft and receive all letters relating to properties, rents, as well as all other correspondence applicable.
• Provide counseling to management on property matters.
• Ensure legal compliance on property-related matters and general facility management.
• Manage, repair, renovate, and handle facility management of all assigned property.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on all property being handled.
• Any other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications
Minimum Educational Qualification:

• Minimum of a First Degree in Law.
• Must be a Member of The Nigerian Bar Association

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of previous experience as a Legal Officer or Property Officer in a corporate organization with litigation experience.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets; knowledge of legal software is a plus.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
• Detailed and versed understanding of corporate laws.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Informed decision-making/sound judgment and excellent professional disposition; etc.

Salary
N250,000 monthly
