Job Description

• We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Kitchen Cook to join ourteam. As a Kitchen Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets the highest standards.
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Assist in managing food inventory and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Adhere to portion control and minimize food waste.
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development, if required.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques.

Requirements

• Culinary Degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• 1 - 5 years work experience.
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Cook or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly
