We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Maintain a positive and progressive team atmosphere
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Ensure that food is served and presented according to company standards and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Be responsible for preparing reports, schedules, and budgets
• Requires frequent contact with other employees, management, and customers
• Assist with hiring and training employees
• Maintain inventory control
• Ensure that staff adheres to company policies and procedures, as well as, state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform daily opening and closing duties
• Execute daily ordering as needed
• Accurately complete all accounting functions
• Provide accurate food and beverage and credit card sales information
• Assist with human resources functions as necessary
• Assist with administrative duties
• Report to General Manager when requested.

Requirements And Skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 4 - 15 years work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to consistently perform in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / month.
