Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to undertake all aspects of HR management, including crafting corporate talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs, formulating career development plans, promoting inclusion in the workplace and reinforcing our position as an equal opportunity employer.
Responsibilities
Designing and evaluating career paths.
Overseeing all HR functions and crafting strategies that meet our business goals.
Ability to help us transform our organization into a modern, productive and inclusive workspace.
Capacity to secure our long-term growth by leading all training, talent acquisition and career development activities.
Ensure our hiring, onboarding and management procedures are effective for diverse groups.
Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing).
Supervise HR officers.
Evaluate training and development programs.
Develop HR policies for all branches, countries, regions.
Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools.
Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives.
Recruit and Tutor entry level staff into valuable personnel.
Any other assignments from the Boss.
Qualifications
B.Sc / M.Sc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
5+ years of overall human resources management experience
Certification like PHR and SPHR is a plus
Master's Degree is an advantage.
Must reside on the Island
Requirements and Skills:
Work experience as a Chief HR Officer, VP of HR or similar role.
Experience in strategic planning.
In-depth knowledge of all HR functions.
Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS).
Good understanding of labor legislation.
Excellent leadership abilities.
Communication and problem-solving skills.
Thorough knowledge of HR principles and procedures relating to real estate industry is a MUST
Experience in customer support is a key skill.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PropTech and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
Proficiency in English.
Deep real estate sector knowledge is crucial.
Time management and planning skills.
Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports.
Must be teachable, trainable and generally open to learning regardless of the source of knowledge, while with the same token have the capacity to pass on knowledge to subordinates in a kind manner.

Salary Range
Competitive industrial remuneration, in the region of N350,000 monthly (negotiable, with the key being the ability to deliver on job mandates and results).
