An LPG Supply and Distribution Company is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manger, Gas Terminal

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Responsible for growing the gas terminal business, ensuring optimal operational performance, setting and achieving strategic and operational goals, managing the team effectively and ensuring customers need are satisfactorily met.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Identifying customer segments, set segment growth targets and develop strategies to achieve them
• .Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute the customer acquisition plan
• Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure safe, efficient and optimal terminal operations.
• Ensure customer issues and service complaints are promptly resolved and maintain high standard of customer service in all terminal operations.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are adhered to throughout the terminal operations.
• Provide support to all team members as needed to deliver on performance and operational targets

Education and Experience

• HND / BSc in any relevant discipline is required.
• A Master`s Degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Considerable experience in Sales or Business development is compulsory.
• At least ten (10) years relevant experience with at least four (4) years in a managerial position.
• Experience in Oil and Gas downstream operations particularly LPG terminal operations.

Key Competencies:

• Must be a natural sales man, strategic thinker, highly motivated and target driven
• Must have good written and oral communication skill
• Ability to engage with customer at all levels
• Must possess good negotiation and problem-solving skill.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
