Job Title: Financial Analyst

Brief

• As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, interpreting data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, develop budgets, and forecast future financial trends.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports on key performance metrics, variances, and trends.
• Assist in the development of financial models and projections to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for management and other relevant parties.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to provide insights into the company's competitive landscape.
• Participate in financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Support internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Evaluate financial performance and prepare ad-hoc analysis as required by management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems is a plus.
