Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Manager to drive growth for . The Growth
• Manager will be responsible for increasing sales, expanding market presence, and promoting both local and international tourism. The role will require strategic planning, business development, and effective leadership to improve our company's market position in the tourism industry,

Responsibilities

• Create and execute plans to drive growth in the local and international tourism sectors, increasing visitor numbers and tourism revenue.
• Build strategic alliances and partnerships with local and international tourism authorities, and hospitality businesses to promote and enhance tourism offerings.
• Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote tourism destinations, attractions, and experiences to both domestic and international audiences.
• Lead the sales team, set targets, and provide support to achieve sales goals related to tourism packages and experiences.
• Ensure a positive and memorable experience for tourists throughout their journey, from planning to their stay and departure.
• Prepare regular reports on tourism trends, visitor demographics, and revenue to track progress and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (a Master's Degree will be an additional advantage).
• At least 3 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the local and international tourism industry and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with local and international tourism authorities, travel agencies, and hospitality businesses.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective growth strategies.
• Results-driven and able to lead and motivate a team to achieve tourism-related objectives.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with local and international tourism destinations and attractions is a plus.
