Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated PHP Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a PHP Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and APIs using PHP as the primary scripting language and MySQL as the database management system.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of web-based solutions that contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement web-based applications and APIs using PHP and MySQL.
• Develop and maintain backend functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with frontend components.
• Implement and optimize database designs for efficiency and performance.
• Utilize popular PHP frameworks and libraries, such as Laravel and WordPress, to expedite development processes and enhance application functionalities.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and code review practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Employ HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance frontend development and create responsive web applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in web development, PHP, and MySQL technologies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any issues related to web applications and APIs.
• Possess a good understanding of graphics (optional), which can be utilized to enhance user experience and interface design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered).
• Proven experience as a PHP Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications and APIs.
• Proficiency in PHP scripting language and MySQL database management.
• Familiarity with popular PHP libraries and frameworks, especially Laravel.
• Sound knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• A problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail in coding practices.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
• Self-motivated and proactive in seeking solutions and continuous learning.
• Experience with graphics tools (e.g., Adobe suite) is an advantage but not mandatory.
