Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Highrachy's social media strategy across multiple platforms
• Create visually-appealing and engaging content aligned with our brand voice and values
• Manage and maintain our social media channels while staying up-to-date on the latest trends
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams to create content for marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to adjust our strategy and improve engagement
• Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and other partners
• Act as a presenter during video tours of Highrachy's properties and other social media contents
• Assist with community management, including responding to user inquiries and complaints
• Track and report on social media metrics to measure the success of our efforts

Requirements
Required:

• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Highly creative with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to learn new skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with problem-solving and listening ability
• Strong content creation skills.

Desirable:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism or related field
• Basic familiarity with video and photo editing software tools
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
