Job Title: Digital Marketing Personnel

Job Description

• The Digital Marketing personnel will manage the various marketing platforms and channels like social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, Canva, Twitter, Vimeo); Google Ads, website content, and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to our target audience

Key job Responsibilities

• Develop a functional digital marketing programme for the brand.
• Create and upload images for the organisation's website.
• Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns
• Create digital content and Ads on all Social Media platforms (like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo, LinkedIn, Google, etc.) for the company and consultants.
• Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile media, social media, development of blogs and forums.
• Train other staff on social media usage.
• Design website banners and assist with web visuals.
• Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting.
• Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns.
• Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of company websites and make recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to company blogs and manage e-communications.
• Develop and integrate content marketing strategies.
• Keep up to date with current digital trends.
• Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities.
• Negotiate with media suppliers to achieve the best price for the company.
• Create and optimize effective content for the website and on all social media platforms
• Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
• Track the website traffic flow
• Implement and analyze performance metrics
• Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
• Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, (Vimeo, Twitter, Google Ads Facebook, Ig, LinkedIn and display, lay advertising
• Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns(analytics)
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
• Provide weekly and monthly reports of your activities to your immediate supervisor and copy the head of compliance and internal control for record and reference purposes.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. Degree with 3 - 4 years relevant work experience.

Remuneration

• Salary: N2,400,000 Annually based on performance and experience.
• The job also has a generous performance bonus, and we are open to a Hybrid work arrangement once the person has internalized our Vision and Mission, and properly aligned with our overall destination.
