Request for Financial Quotations for Procurement and Supply of Tricycled Wagon, Farm Inputs, and other Equipment at Society for the Rights of the Excluded and Disempowered (SOREX-NIGERIA)

Society for the Rights of the Excluded and Disempowered (SOREX-NIGERIA) envisions a world where people have safe spaces to engage peacefully and effectively in making decisions that affect their own lives. As an organization, we are committed to promoting inclusive access to livelihood and productive resources for indigenous women, migrants and other vulnerable populations. We are currently providing assistance to women affected by forced displacement - including Cameroonian refugees and their host community counterparts in Nigeria.

We are requesting the services of experienced firms of Nigerian nationality to submit financial quotations for the provision of the under-listed services:

Title: Request for Financial Quotations for the Procurement and Supply of Tricycled Wagon, Farm Inputs, and other Equipment in Ogoja, Cross River State, Nigeria

Location: Ogoja, Cross River

Background
Society for the Rights of the Excluded and Disempowered (SOREX-NIGERIA), with the support of Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) and the UN Women is assisting Cameroonian refugees and their host community counterparts in Cross River State to leverage local livelihood sources in agriculture for strengthening humanitarian response and socio-economic recovery in the affected communities. We are requesting the services of experienced individuals and firms of Nigerian nationality to submit financial quotations for the provision of any of the under-listed services:

1.) Procurement and supply of 1 unit of Tricycled Wagon in Ogoja, Cross River state

Bidding Requirements and Bidder Qualifications
Successful bidders under this RFQ should have and provide evidence of the following:

• Business registration
• Past performance on similar jobs
• Capacity to deliver the service(s) in the targeted location within the specified time frame.
• Ability to provide /train local beneficiaries on how to operate the machine(s).

Duration of work / service delivery and warranty of service:

• Unless otherwise specified in the service contract, successful and selected bidders will be required to deliver the service(s) within 4 weeks from the date of signing the service contract.
• A commercial warranty/guarantee of no less than 6 months shall also apply to each of the equipment delivered.

2.) Procurement and supply of farm inputs and equipment in Ogoja, Cross River state

Bidding Requirements and Bidder Qualifications
Successful bidders under this RFQ should have and provide evidence of the following:

• Business registration
• Past performance in similar jobs
• Capacity to deliver the service(s) in the targeted location within the specified time frame.
• Ability to provide /train local beneficiaries on how to operate the equipment (if applicable).
