Job Summary

• Our client needs a Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to be the initial point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests. The primary focus of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all individuals interacting with the company.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Provide product or service information to customers.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain and update customer records in the company's database.
• Address customer complaints and issues with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Communication, English or related course
• Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle difficult or demanding situations with composure.
• Proficiency in using office equipment and computer applications.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Candidates must be residents of Lekki

Salary
100,000 Net monthly.
