Standage Limited is an offshoot of Standage Inc. Japan. We are an IT Solutions and Trading Company. We develop platforms to assist SMEs in Nigeria and Africa. We connect them with companies and businesses in Japan. We also provide some level of financing and a seamless transaction platform for payments and trading purposes.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Salesperson

Location: Mende, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth as shown below.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Discover and pursue new sales prospects.
• Negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Please make sure the stock is available for sales and demonstrations.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a salesperson.
• Proven experience as a Sales Personnel or relevant role
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Digital marketing is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner with a passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
