Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a minimum of 10 years of design expertise to join our dynamic team as a Design Manager. If you are a passionate and creative individual with a keen eye for detail and possess strong leadership qualities, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
As a Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our design projects from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating the design team to ensure efficient project execution.
• Providing technical guidance and expertise to the team members.
• Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements.
• Developing innovative and practical design solutions that meet client needs and align with industry standards.
• Implementing and maintaining design standards and best practices.
• Overseeing the creation of design documentation, including drawings, models, and specifications.
• Ensuring timely and high-quality project deliveries.
• Identifying and addressing design challenges and providing effective solutions.

Requirements

• A Degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in Revit and Lumion is essential for this role.
• Knowledge of other design and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max) will be considered an advantage.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and problem-solving capabilities.
• A proven track record of successfully leading design teams and delivering high-quality projects.
