Job Description

• Our client is looking to hire a Business Development manager who will be responsible for coordinating wholesale and retail loans.
• A part of the job is to develop loan programs, implement sales strategies, and align staff duties with business goals. The candidate will be responsible for sales, administration, staff supervision and the overall loan operations management for your team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out business development activities, such as managing the pipeline by generating leads and referral business and keeping in touch with current and previous clients.
• Meet and speak with clients to discuss risks and advantages, loan product terms, and governmental laws.
• To determine a recommendation for loan acceptance, gather pertinent information and assess the applicants' financial situation, including their credit history, debt-to-income ratio, and appraisal reports.
• Reach the loan products goals by selling loan products.
• Make sure the loan underwriting department receives all required materials and that they are properly recorded in electronic file format.
• Keep up-to-date with all relevant lending laws, the economy, market rates, vendors, and rivals.
• Consistently providing top-notch customer service

Requirements

• B.Sc in related professional qualifications.
• Additional Professional Qualifications would be an advantage.
• The Preferred candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of loan mobilization/marketing in a financial organization preferably microfinance bank.
• Must be able to sell both retail and whole sale loans.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience
• Must be actively in the same role with any of the competitors
• Should be young and dynamic.
• Work model: Hybrid
• Knowledge of MS Office.
