Job Summary

• As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be a key player in driving data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights to support the organization's strategic goals.
• Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting will be instrumental in uncovering trends, patterns, and opportunities from complex datasets.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams and management, making data-driven recommendations that contribute to business growth and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
• Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity.
• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources.
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution.
• Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by validating and auditing data sources and identifying data quality issues.
• Contribute to data strategy discussions, ensuring data governance and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
• Handles any other job assigned from time to time by the Management

Education Qualification, Certification, and Experience

• B.Sc / HND in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics Statistics, or related discipline.
• Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques.
• Experience with ETL frameworks and defining logging needs in partnership with Data Engineering.
• Strong expertise in manipulating data sets through statistical software and programming languages (SQL, SPSS, SAS, Excel, etc.).
• Experience designing A/B Tests and using statistical methods to measure them.
• Extensive experience with data visualization packages (such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview).
• 5 - 7 years minimum proven experience in a related field.
