Job Objective

• We are recruiting to fill the position of a Software Integration Analyst, who will be responsible for seamlessly integrating software applications and systems to optimize efficiency and streamline business processes.
• Your expertise in software integration will be crucial in ensuring smooth data flow, system compatibility, and effective communication between various platforms.

Job Profile / Job Description

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity between integrated systems.
• Perform system testing and validation to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of the integrated software components.
• Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing software systems, identifying integration opportunities and potential challenges.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather integration requirements and define integration strategies that align with business objectives.
• Design and develop integration solutions to connect different software applications and platforms, utilizing APIs, middleware, and custom integration solutions.
• Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes, including technical specifications, data mapping, and integration workflows.
• Monitor integration performance, proactively identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and potential points of failure.
• Collaborate with software developers and third-party vendors to implement integration solutions and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest integration technologies, trends, and industry standards, applying this knowledge to enhance integration capabilities.
• Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing integrated systems effectively and efficiently.

Job Requirements

• First Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven working experience as a digital creative.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
• Proven experience as a Software Integration Analyst or in a similar integration-focused role.
• In-depth knowledge of integration methodologies, APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or NodeJs for developing integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of database concepts, data mapping, and data transformation techniques.
• Ability to analyse and interpret complex technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a systematic approach to resolving integration issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality integration solutions.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
