Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our remote team full-time. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in accurate and efficient project implementation for our clients.
• The ideal candidate will be a highly-entrepreneurial “doer”, with a keen eye for organization, a strong analytical mindset, and an understanding of processes and workflows.
• They will be effective communicators and influencers [or highly willing to learn] and have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams [particularly Marketing] using their language.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing efficient operational systems and procedures tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Deliver project management for client projects [mostly marketing related]
• Proactively address any operational challenges or issues faced, and confidently suggesting opportunities for optimization or automation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, particularly AI & automation tools, sharing knowledge and insights with clients and COO.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Operations Management or STEM-related field.
• 3+ years of corporate experience
• Knowledge of KANBAN, Systems thinking and Lean principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong working relationships
• Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating a problem-solving attitude
• Familiarity with software systems and tools commonly used for operations and organization, is not a must, but a big plus.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
