Description 

• We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and have at least 3 years of post-NYSC experience in marketing, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. The Sales and Marketing Officer will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our customer base, increasing brand visibility, and promoting our banking products and services.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that align with the bank's objectives and target audience.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and incorporate insights into marketing plans.
• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

Product Promotion:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and other financial solutions.
• Create compelling marketing content, such as brochures, presentations, and online materials, to communicate the value proposition of the bank's offerings.

Customer Acquisition:

• Identify and cultivate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers by highlighting the benefits and features of the bank's products and services.

Brand Management:

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all marketing materials, both online and offline.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the bank's brand identity guidelines.

Digital Marketing:

• Manage the bank's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant tools and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance loyalty and promote cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and marketing funnel.

Event Coordination:

• Organize and participate in events such as workshops, seminars, and community outreach activities to promote the bank's services and foster connections.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing and sales efforts.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business goals.

Compliance and Ethics:

• Ensure all marketing activities adhere to industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC experience in marketing, with a strong preference for experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Familiarity with market research techniques and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• High level of creativity and attention to detail.

Salary
N60,000 - N100,000 monthly.
