Job Summary

• As a Dispatch Rider, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of our products to customers.
• Your responsibilities will include navigating routes, delivering packages, and providing excellent customer service.
• We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals who are ready to contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided motorcycle to deliver packages to customers in Victoria Island (V.I.) and Festac areas.
• Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Adhere to traffic rules and regulations to maintain a safe and accident-free delivery process.
• Verify the accuracy of packages and obtain proper signatures upon delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns courteously.
• Maintain the motorcycle in good condition by conducting regular checks and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Keep records of deliveries, including information such as time of delivery and recipient's name.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Ensure all delivery documents and payments are properly collected and accounted for.
• Report any delivery or customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Qualifications

• Valid rider's permit and experience in motorcycle operation.
• Familiarity with Victoria Island (V.I.) and Festac roadways and routes.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery targets.
• Basic maintenance knowledge to ensure the motorcycle's proper upkeep.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
