Job Title: Junior Admin Officer

Location: Illupeju, Lagos

Job Summary

• Coordinate maintenance of company vehicles and keeping appropriate records as to their usage and breakdowns to determine the effectiveness of services and maintenance schedule.
• Keeping up-to date records of vehicle particulars to ensure its timely renewal upon expiration.
• Keeping record of all vendors and contact them when required for services.
• Keep proper records of all the company assets.
• Source for service vendors as the need arises.
• Keep proper record of all the spare parts purchased for admin-maintained assets.
• Daily supervision of the Expatriate drivers.
• Ensure adequate and timely maintenance of the Water Treatment Plant.
• Ensure timely maintenance of the Air Conditioners in the Drum factory, Pearl, PGLab and the main office.
• Ensure timely maintenance of the dispenser machines.
• Ensure the maintenance of office supplies and place order when stock is low.
• Coordinate the activities of Dispatch Rider.
• Supervise the facility services when artisans/vendors are on the compound grounds.
• Foreseeing day-to-day effective and conducive work environment.
• Ensuring all work-aid devices or equipment are working effectively at all times.
• Inputting services expense/quotation on the ERP.
• Record-keeping of all company’s vendor agreements.
• Record-keeping of all company’s Trademarks.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND, OND or B.Sc qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
