Job Description

• As the Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality video content for various purposes, including post-production of all AITI class content and other video materials for sales and marketing purposes.
• This role requires exceptional video editing skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating engaging educational content.

Responsibilities

• Post-production of AITI Class Content: Collaborate with the instructional team to edit raw video footage, ensuring seamless integration of visuals, audio, and graphics to create engaging and professional educational videos.
• Sales and Marketing Videos: Produce compelling video content for marketing initiatives, including promotional videos, testimonials, and product demonstrations, to effectively showcase AITI's offerings.
• Video Editing: Utilize industry-standard video editing software to edit, trim, and enhance footage while maintaining a consistent and cohesive style across all videos.
• Motion Graphics and Effects: Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and animations to enhance video content and make it visually captivating.
• Audio Enhancement: Ensure audio quality is top-notch by editing and enhancing sound elements, such as voice-overs, background music, and sound effects.
• Video Optimization: Optimize videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and streaming platforms, while adhering to best practices for video resolution, format, and compression.
• Storytelling and Narrative: Contribute to the storytelling process by understanding the educational objectives and effectively conveying the message through the video medium.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and subject matter experts to execute video projects and meet deadlines.
• Organization and File Management: Maintain a well-organized video library, ensuring that all project files and assets are stored efficiently for easy retrieval and future use.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and software in video editing and post-production to ensure AITI's video content remains cutting-edge and relevant.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in education or related industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong understanding of storytelling and narrative techniques.
• Ability to work with raw footage and turn it into a polished final product.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is an advantage.
• Excellent eye for detail, visual composition, and color grading.
• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques for various platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creativity and a passion for producing engaging and impactful educational content.
