We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Handle stud/track production, furring channel production, wall angle production.
• Enforce safety norms and regulations in the factory
• Keeping records of all service maintenance and refurbishing works carried out on the machinery
• Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
• Manage production materials in a cost-effective way, and ensure minimal wastage is recorded.
• Ensure occupational health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the production output optimized and maintaining seamless functioning of all equipments and machinery in the unit.

Competency & Technical Skill Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
• 5 - 8 years working experience as an Engineer.
• OSHA or other HSSE Certification is a major advantage
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in a managerial role.
