Description

• We are currently seeking a Business Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial activities and ensuring that the company's financial goals are achieved.
• The ideal candidate must have experience in finance and business management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. They will also have an eye for detail and be able to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish financial policies and procedures.
• Set up, structure, and organize the framework of the Finance and Business Strategy department.
• Develop, implement, and manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with the company's growth objectives and financial strategy.
• Plan, design, and implement the company’s risk management processes.
• Prepare business plans, commentaries, and financial statements to facilitate decision-making.
• Provide relevant financial performance data to drive strategic decision-making in all business areas.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and identify cost savings opportunities.
• Evaluate operational performance, identifying weaknesses and developing improvement strategies.
• Conduct research on industry trends and provide insights and recommendations for the company's future.
• Process monthly financial statements and reports.
• Manage and track the company's cash flow.
• Oversee the company's budget and forecasting processes.
• Ensure that the company's financial statements are accurate and timely.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance and Business Management in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial modeling, excel & other financial software packages.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience in the healthcare and medical sector is an added advantage
• Strong ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve business objectives
