We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Duties & Responsibilities

• To provide comprehensive secretarial support and assistance to the CRO in the discharge of his duties
• Schedules appointments on behalf of the CRO and ensuring that his meetings are held and records kept accordingly and agreed decisions circulated
• Prepare memos, letters, and miscellaneous correspondence on behalf of the CRO
• Logs and distributes incoming messages to the CRO promptly
• Receives and responds to correspondences
• Manages the calendar of the CRO.
• Maintains and updates files, takes down minutes of meetings when necessary.
• Co-ordinates conference and travel arrangements, prepares itineraries and expense reports.

Job Requirements

• BSc / HND in Social Science or any other related field
• 0 - 2 years work experience.
• Female Preferred.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
