So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry. Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

Job Title: Financial Manager

Job Description
Key aims and objectives:

• Develop and deploy Financial Policies & Procedures in line with IFRS and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Preparation of monthly financial reports for all the business units within the company and the Group
• Ensure adequate internal controls are in place over financial reporting
• Provide leadership for all statutory and internal audits over financial reporting for the organization, meeting all expected timelines.

Prime responsibilities and duties

• Preparation and sign-off of the Primary Financial statements for the Company and Group (Income statement, statement of Financial position and statement of cash-flows) on a monthly basis
• Preparation and sign-off of the Primary Financial statements for all Business Units/legal entities (Income statement, statement of Financial position and statement of cash-flows) on a monthly basis
• Preparation and sign-off of the unaudited Financial statements for the Company and Group (Income statement, statement of Financial position and statement of cash-flows and notes) on a quarterly basis
• Ensure monthly balance sheet proofs  are prepared and approved, sustaining and improving the integrity and accuracy of financial records
• Early adoption of new IFRS (or other relevant regulatory requirements over financial reporting)
• Provide leadership for the organization on cut-off procedures for the monthly reporting and overall coordination to ensure timely reporting.
• Provide coaching and professional leadership for the team of financial control specifically those handling Fixed Assets, Accounts receivable and payable, inventory, cash and bank, General Ledger, income an expenditure.
• Is the Super User for the companies ERP on Financial Reporting modules, and master data owner for the Finance function
• Develops and deploys Standard operating procedures for all finance transactions ensuring touch points with other functions in the organization are well documented.

Reports:

• Unaudited Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements (including notes to the accounts) for the company, Group and other non-consolidated Business Entities on a quarterly basis
• Financial Statements (Statement of Financial position , profit or loss and cash flows) for the company, Group and other non-consolidated Business Entities on monthly basis
• Monthly Trial Balance Review and Balance Sheet Proofs in line with the General Ledger Ownership Matrix
• Sectional exception reports showing compliance, completeness and transaction management
• Board Papers and other financial, management reports required from time to time.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Accounting, Finance or related field
• MBA, Master’s Degree in relevant field
• Professional qualification ACCA, ICAN, ICMA, ACA, etc
• 12 - 15 years’ work experience required preferably in QSR business
• Proficiency in Excel; ERPs; Ms Dynamics Navision is an advantage
• High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with expert knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, accounting procedures and financial reporting practices.
