Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic business relationships, and providing technical expertise to customers in the gas compression sector.

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Growth:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals within the gas compression services industry.
Identify potential customers, market segments, and emerging opportunities to drive business growth.
Lead the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and plans, and regularly assess performance against targets.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs and business objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with technical teams to tailor products and services to meet customer requirements.
Technical Expertise:
Possess a deep understanding of gas compression technologies, products, and services offered by the company.
Provide technical guidance to customers, including explaining the benefits of specific solutions and addressing technical inquiries or concerns.
Market Analysis and Industry Insights:
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements related to gas compression services.
Analyze market data to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation, and provide recommendations for product or service enhancements.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Lead negotiations with clients to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Draft, review, and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's Degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in technical sales within the gas compression services industry.
Strong understanding of gas compression technologies, equipment, and applications.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
