Noks & Bricks Consults is a registered, licensed, and accredited private real estate firm that was established to address the issue of people struggling in the real estate market as a result of poor experiences with either developergiving money to developers and not getting value in return, the developers failing to deliverthe project by the deadline, or the developers failing to deliver the same project with the same quality that they promised to deliver.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Marketing Executive

Brief

• We are looking for a driven, seasoned real estate marketing executive who is an expert at creating winning real estate sales strategies, managing sales campaigns, and carrying out successful marketing strategies that turn potential leads into clients!

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospects, build new business relationships, and follow through until the sale is closed.
• Generate property sales for both current customers and potential prospects
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Promote the sale of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
• Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
• take part in exhibitions or conferences on the company's behalf
• Deal-making, deal-closing, and handling of complaints or objections
• Work together with teammates to produce better results.

Necessary Skills and Background

• Degree in any field with at least 3 years of work experience
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Proficiency in English
• A thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Remuneration

• Salary: N70,000 monthly
• Commission: 2% on every sale.
